We Are Undefeatable
Supporting people with long-term health conditions to get moving.
Local people from across Hampshire and Isle of Wight have shared their stories of being active with a health condition. From getting started for the very first time, to moving again post treatment, they’ve shared what it feels like to take the first step and how moving, even just a little bit, has supported the management or recovery of their symptoms and conditions.
Here you can find out more about how they are active, and how you can join them on the journey. There are links and support so you can find ways to be active that can work for you and your health condition.

The campaign is supported by 15 leading health and social care charity partners. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight storyteller campaign has been supported by:
For Health Professionals:
Physical Activity Clinical Champions (PACC) Training supports clinicians in having effective conversations with patients about physical activity, whether it’s part of a healthy lifestyle conversation, treatment pathway or management of a long-term condition. The training is available and suitable for anyone working in the NHS primary care, secondary care, community care or mental health settings.
Dr Rebecca Gould is available to deliver bespoke face-to-face or online PACC training for groups of 12 or more. Alternatively, open online sessions run approximately every 3 months. You can contact Rebecca directly at: rebecca.gould11@nhs.net
